ck788 does not impose deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ck788's control.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Member's account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. ck788 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts; actual processing times may extend during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. A withdrawal request will be processed only where the following conditions are met:
5.4 Declined Withdrawals. ck788 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation is incomplete, or where the withdrawal would constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions. 5.5 Dormant Account Fee. An account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000, deducted from the remaining balance. Members will receive an email notification 30 days before the dormancy fee commences.

These promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to availability.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on ck788 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ck788 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the maximum stake on any market, or restrict any Member's access to specific markets at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
7.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the ck788 sportsbook are dynamic and may change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager. ck788 covers football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and the FIFA World Cup, among others. 7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by ck788 where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a technical error results in clearly erroneous odds being displayed; the outcome of the event has been determined prior to the bet being placed; or the bet is placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the Member's real-money balance.
7.4 Togel Rules. Togel bets are subject to draw-specific rules including minimum and maximum stake limits per bet type, payout multipliers, and draw schedules. Draw results from Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), and Sydney (SDY) pools are the authoritative result source. In the event of a dispute, ck788's records of the official draw result shall be determinative.
7.5 Live Casino Rules. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo) are operated by independent studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others.
